By accessing and using TownParade, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
TownParade provides parade management software that allows organizers to manage entries, track sponsors, coordinate volunteers, and build parade lineups. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our service and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
TownParade operates on a pay-per-parade model. Fees are charged per parade slot purchased. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for refund requests.
TownParade is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Data is retained for 30 days after termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
