TownParade was built for the unsung heroes — the volunteer directors, the town committees, the one person who somehow coordinates 80 floats, 12 sponsors, and 200 volunteers every year.
For most parade organizers, running a parade means an ever-growing stack of spreadsheets, a crowded email inbox, and a collection of paper entry forms that somehow need to be turned into a coherent lineup by 8am on parade day. Managing entries, chasing sponsor payments, coordinating volunteers, and building the order of march — it all falls on a handful of people who are already stretched thin.
TownParade was built to change that. We wanted one place where everything lives — from the first entry application to the final position in the lineup. Not generic event software awkwardly repurposed for parades, but something designed from the ground up around how parades actually work: float categories, sponsor tiers, entry fee collection, volunteer sign-ups, and a lineup builder that doesn't require a degree in logistics.
